_General Maintenance Person - Six Month Initial Contract_
This is an ideal opportunity for a well presented and personable applicant who has good DIY skills and who wants to develop these. Tasks will include routine maintenance of equipment, decorating, health and safety checks, basic electrical and plumbing work.

Normal working hours 37.5 hrs per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with 30min lunch break.

Overtime and weekends may be required for emergency cover or specific projects. Enhanced rates are paid for these hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,290.00 per year
