**Manufacturing Project Leader | Fife | 12 - 18 Month Contract | circa £40k - £50k**

**The Role**
Reporting to the Manufacturing Development Manager, the Manufacturing Project Leader will be responsible for co-ordinating plant investments for an overseas plant.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Management of the project, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Serving as the project leader responsible for the safe and quality delivery of new machinery, Commissioning and Start-up activities of the project, including the development of an Execution Plan and Project Schedule, cost management and forecasting.
- Managing project change orders, scope changes and progress.
- Co-ordinates and leads Project Review Meetings
- Deliver effective communication to all internal and external customers.

**You**
You will have experience leading projects within a manufacturing environment, with specific knowledge of machinery and equipment investment.

In addition, you should have knowledge of and experience in:

- Commercial understanding and demonstrable experience in managing and reporting on a significant project budget.
- Management experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously (project values from £2,000,000 +) and understand profit & loss at a project level.
- Ability to motivate and mentor others
- Willing to travel worldwide
