Description

Lead and facilitate Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the department
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and quality
Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project implementation
Provide training and guidance to staff on Lean Manufacturing concepts
Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Contribute to the development of Lean Manufacturing strategies
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulationsProfile

A successful 'Lean Projects Engineer' should have:

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
Excellent project management skills
