Customer Service Operations Manager

We are currently supporting a fantastic Financial Service client in the West Midlands with the recruitment of an **Customer Service Operations Manager** to lead & support their support & service environment.
This is an important role for our client, if successful in this role you will lead a small team in the West Midlands and support their growth in an inbound customer service function. It will be your responsibility to drive performance, develop the team andgrow the business area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and develop this small CS team working on a Zendesk system making sure they are nurtured and supported
- Develop a culture of working together, as a team to help achieve the best results
- Deliver consistently high standards of service, ensuring quality and performance.
- Create a culture of high performance, ensuring your colleagues are diligent and seek opportunities in every interaction.
- Manage the teams development & knowledge of Zendesk
- Create targets that are deliverable and ensure colleagues not just deliver but aim to exceed their targets.
- Hands-on role ensuring you instil trust by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging culture.
- Engaging, motivating and influencing the wider team to deliver their best
- Manage the operations as they transition to a 24/7 support centre.
- Be a strong leader and role model for your team
- Proactively support and drive team-build initiatives
