Protocol Education are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work in local Primary Schools. Whether you're looking for short-term, daily work that fits around your availability, or wanting long-term placements to build your skills in childcare - we're the place for you
**Role Overview**:
- Provide support to whole classes or small, intervention groups.
- Assist students with their academic work and support them in day-to-day activities within the school.
- Work one-on-one with individual students and guide small groups to help them complete assigned tasks and activities.
- Previous experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to work in education settings.
- The ability to follow EHCPs or other al plans designed to carer to individual learning needs.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.
- The ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, foster the growth and development of every child.
- Patience, empathy and understanding to support students’ diverse learning requirements.
- A proactive and flexible approach, capable of adapting to various situation and challenges that may arise.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
