Job Details

Willoughby Academy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with additional educational needs
  • Working with children in early years and key stages
  • Providing academic and social support
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members

Requirements
  • Previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs
  • English and Maths GCSE grade A-C
  • Ability to work with children in early years and key stages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
