Position: Delegate Team Member

Location: Bolton, UK

Contract Type: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main liaison for all delegates before, during, and after our events.
- Oversee delegate registrations, managing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records.
- Work closely with the event logistics team to ensure delegate accommodations, travel, and specific requests are met.
- Engage in pre-event marketing activities, dispatching invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event communications.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare topics and themes to engage more effectively with delegates.
- Collaborate with sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers to ensure smooth and consistent communication.
- Gather and analyse feedback from delegates to continually enhance our event experiences.
- Support on-site event registration, ensuring a swift check-in process.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with Knowlex's vision and the latest in event planning.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, or a relevant role within the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Genuine passion for healthcare and creating meaningful event experiences.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
