**Job Overview**:
MasterMover is currently seeking a Service Controller to join our dynamic team for a duration of maternity cover. The Service Controller will play a crucial role in coordinating service requests, managing field service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and manage customer enquiries related to equipment breakdowns.
- Efficiently allocate service jobs to Field Service Engineers based on skillset, location and urgency.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, job allocations and engineer schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise service delivery processes.
- Monitor and maintain systems and processes and manage customer portals.
- Organise and allocate administrative work and other ad hoc duties.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a service coordination or controller role preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP software and service management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
