**Job Overview**:
MasterMover is currently seeking a Service Controller to join our dynamic team for a duration of maternity cover. The Service Controller will play a crucial role in coordinating service requests, managing field service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Receive and manage customer enquiries related to equipment breakdowns.- Efficiently allocate service jobs to Field Service Engineers based on skillset, location and urgency.- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of service requests, job allocations and engineer schedules.- Collaborate with other departments to optimise service delivery processes.- Monitor and maintain systems and processes and manage customer portals.- Organise and allocate administrative work and other ad hoc duties.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a service coordination or controller role preferred.- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Familiarity with CRM/ERP software and service management systems.- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
