You will support a project which will oversee the review and appropriate disposal and/or scanning excess paper files and records held in Citygate and records being rejected by Iron Mountain for scanning. The role holder will be managed by the Workplace, Facilities and Estates manager based in Citygate.

**What you will bring**

We are looking for someone who is well organised, adaptable and good at keeping records. Attention to detail will be important in this role, as will be ability to be flexible as demands change. The ability to work well in a wider team is important too.

**Accountabilities**:
Works closely with the project lead in WFS and the workstream leads to ensure the management and governance of the programme.

Has a sound understanding of the projects and workstreams that form the project and builds working relationships with relevant leads in support of the delivery of critical process, products, and solutions.

Updates the Project Management methodology and governance model including relevant project management tools as directed.

Gathers relevant information from the various project workstreams. Collate and complete the prescribed project level reports by due dates.

Provide administrative support to the project team and the Working group.

Maintains project records and document management and managing access rights, ensuring documents are in place for review.

Updates project logs (risks, Issues, change, benefits realisation) as directed.

Presentation and report preparation as directed.

Co-ordinates progress status reports for reporting to CQC committees as necessary.

Understands the equality and human rights implications are for the specific activities and highlighting to senior managers.

Have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience to actively promote diversity and equality of opportunity, treat everyone with dignity and respect and avoid unlawful discrimination.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
IT Skills (Word, Excel, essential. MS PowerPoint, Project, Visio desirable).

Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Able to reassess priorities on a continual basis.

Able to actively promote and protect equality, diversity, and human rights through the duties of the role.

Highly collaborative team player.

Willing to perform detailed and sometimes repetitive tasks.

Copes with ambiguity and is comfortable working independently in a fluid environment.
