**IN THIS ROLE**

All our clients need an exceptional and memorable customer experience with us when moving home. To deliver this consistently, we need a strong **Administrator** supporting the sales team in the day-to-day. This person in this role is fundamental to making the business work; delivering world-class estate agency doesn’t happen by accident.

As an office-based role, you will ensure all areas of the sales business are operating as they should and be responsible for the fundamentals of the office; the basics that are vital to get right. Supporting the team, by helping them with their administration and client calls, whilst ensuring standards and procedures are being met and exceeded. You’ll make sure all enquiries are responded to quickly and effectively, capitalising on new opportunities in a competitive marketplace. Arranging viewings and valuations, you’ll help with diary management and organise key handovers.

You will oversee our systems and make sure they are always up to date, suggesting new ways to streamline and be more organised if you see an opportunity to improve. You will ensure all paperwork in the office is completed properly, and with your keen eye for detail, will make sure accuracy and excellence are a theme running through the entire team. You will speak to solicitors regularly to push sales through to completion and support the sales team in planning and preparing marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and launch our property marketing campaigns. You’ll oversee our money-laundering regulations, ensuring we are compliant with HMRC and will oversee business updates for compliance and best practice.

Previous estate agency experience is not required, and **full training** will be provided along with mentoring and support from the management team and directors daily.
