- We are currently looking for an **In Room Dining Order Taker** to join our team of associates in** In Room Dining** **team **at Rosewood London. Our **In Room Dining Order Takers** are appointed to attend to all resident guests requests for the In Room Dining department efficiently and courteously at all times.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Delivering all aspects of the in-room dining experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Dealing with guests request in a timely and courteous manner.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by In Room Dining and the hotel.
- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently to allow the seamless flow of operations.

**Profile**
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
- Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
