Stock Control and Purchasing Assistant
Our client has a great opportunity for a Stock Control and Purchasing Assistant to join their team.
You will be joining a fast paced stock control team and have proven skills in stock control and purchasing.
Obtain quotes from suppliers
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders
Receipting materials and processing material movements throughout the business
Responsible for filing, scanning and archiving of relevant paperwork
Supporting month and year end processes
Liaise with departments and suppliers for lead times, costings, specifications and deliveries
Experience of working in a similar role
IT Literate
Excellent numeracy skills
Benefits include:
30 days holiday (including statutory) rising to 33 days after one years’ service and beginning of next calendar year
Auto enrolment pension. Initial 5% employee contribution, after 3 years’ service T-T will fund employee contribution.
After a qualifying period; private health care (taxable), critical illness cover and death in service cover
