Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Night Shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry and stock balancing
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Collaborate with warehouse management systems (GEAC) to optimize inventory management
  • Assist the night shift team with missing stock and non-picks
  • Perform general administrative duties, including clerical work and report completion
Requirements
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure
