Established in 2010, SSWUK is a commercial rooftop and ground mounted solar PV installer and EPC contractor based in Crewkerne, Somerset. We employ around 26 full time staff and operate throughout the UK.

**Administrator - Operation and Maintenance**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team primarily as an administrator for our Operation and Maintenance activities. Adhering to a maintenance schedule for any solar PV system is not only good practice, but is also a requirement for any larger scale project for both operational and safety reasons.

In this role, you will be occupied with ensuring the smooth running of solar PV installations and will also take on aspects of the monitoring and maintenance of existing PV systems. The role is varied and as a proactive member of the team, you will learn a great deal about the sector and the technical aspect of solar PV.

**Day-to-day duties**:

- Organisation of routine and ad hoc maintenance programme
- Daily, remote monitoring of existing PV arrays in our asset management portfolio
- Producing costed quotations for clients
- Production of monthly maintenance and performance reports
- Communicating with customers regarding service visits and solar PV installations
- Administrative duties across the business

**What you’ll bring**:

- Have an understanding of electrical principles and solar PV (training will be given)
- Attentive to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full and clean driving licence

**What you can expect**:

- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday (pro-rata) which include bank holidays, plus 3 additional days at Christmas
