**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team in London. As a Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. This position offers an opportunity for a hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in the heart of the city.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Leadership**: Lead the front desk team, providing guidance and support to front desk staff to ensure a high level of guest service.
- **Guest Check-In/Check-Out**: Oversee the guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Guest Service**: Address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.
- **Reservations**: Manage room reservations and availability, optimizing occupancy rates.
- **Shift Management**: Supervise front desk operations during scheduled shifts, coordinating staff schedules and duties.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to service standards among front desk staff.
- **Billing and Payments**: Handle guest billing and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest needs and maintain a seamless guest experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Hospitality Experience**: Previous experience in a hotel reception role, with the ability to take on a supervisory position.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide front desk staff.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to ensure guest satisfaction.
