Expense Administrator

Our client, a leading international payments firm, is looking for an experienced Expenses Administrator to join their friendly and inclusive finance team. This full-time role is based in London and offers an attractive salary and benefits package as wellas hybrid working.
As the Expenses Administrator, you will oversee processing all company Expenses and Credit Cards, in the UK and abroad, according to company policies, and support expenses related to dealers and managers. This will include processing of documents, supportingdifferent departments, as well as administration duties.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Validating documents to pre-set rules
- Completing scheduled payments and ad-hoc payment tasks
- Reviewing vehicle documents to pre-set rules
- Provide support and answers to customer queries
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures, data protection and and safety requirements
- Work individually and with the team to adhere to service level agreements
- Review Credit Cards and ensure they have been submitted in line with policy
- Ensure credit cards are processed and ready for payment in line with monthly
You will also require the following:
- The ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly
- The interest to use technology where appropriate to improve processes
- Knowledge of Workday
