Main duties & responsibilities
- To provide support to the busy team of approximately 12people
- Supporting the Partner & Director of the team with PA duties
- Complex diary management, booking meetings both internally and externally
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- processing expenses
- Ad hoc projects
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents as required
Key skills & experience
- Previous experience working as an Administrator within a corporate environment
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Level 5/grade B, or equivalent
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
