**About the role**:
**Job Title**:Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Maternity Cover)

**Reports To**:Senior Marketing Manager

**Main Function**:
To coordinate, develop and execute Marketing activations across channels with particular focus on Local Area Marketing (LAM) to support the Retail team and Purpose moments, maintenance of the Marketing calendar and ensure strong communication between the wider Team and other departments.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to act as Brand Guardian to approve and ensure all campaigns and content inclusive of creative and copy are on brand and reflect the Style Guide.
- Maintain the Marketing Calendar to ensure all key dates are up-to-date and communicate these across the full team to ensure campaigns are activated in all relevant channels.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders and provide instructions for use or promotion.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Coordinator and the wider team to support, schedule and execute digital activations and campaigns.
- Devise and develop project briefs, ensuring they are clear and concise to deliver assets to channel spec requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail centre management to ensure local area marketing opportunities are maximised, strategically selecting suitable initiatives to participate in.
- Maintain strong rapport with other departments including wider Marketing, PR, Digital and Retail to ensure awareness of all campaign and content requirements.
- Collaborate on and document strategy plans for marketing projects.
- Conduct detailed analysis and research ahead of all marketing projects.
- Support store activations and communication to Retail Team.
- Support development of ATL media plans as required, inclusive of detailing KPI measurements.
- Support development of campaign results decks to measure ROI and provide analysis and actionable insights.
- Consistently monitor and record competitor and industry activities to help inform future campaign plans.
- Ensure all activity with brands adheres to GDPR policies.
- Work with own initiative and as part of the wider team.
- Carry out further duties as required by the Company.

This role will be hybrid with 2 days being worked in the office.

Applicants must have willingness to travel for work to activations as and when required as well as experience with event management and managing campaigns.
