- About the job_

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with some relevant customer service experience who can empower our clients to use the full potential of our software and services to take greater climate action

- You will be responsible for:_
- Answering client queries around the use of our software and carbon accountancy
- Handling client questions around carbon offset projects, climate action communications and next steps along their sustainability journey
- Developing our customer support material including our FAQs and software demo videos
- Collaborating with colleagues across the company, solving difficult client queries with high quality answers and materials
- Maintaining all customer data and concerns in our CRM system
- Using and expanding the existing frequently asked questions database for more rapid and excellent responses to customer enquiries.

**Who you are**:

- Incredible passion for sustainability, climate change and a drive to solve the climate crisis
- At least one year of work experience in a customer service role (e.g. call centre or service desk) - we are open to all educational backgrounds and fields of study
- A growth mindset and can learn new concepts quickly
- Enjoy working with a variety of people, both in writing and on video calls
- Great communication skills, handling difficult stakeholders with competency and professionalism
- Manage the needs and feedback of a multitude of clients from different industries and backgrounds with resilience and pragmatism
- Experience working with a CRM system and are computer-literate

- You speak more than one language
- You ideally have a basic knowledge of GHG accounting, carbon accounting or life cycle analysis
- You have experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI
- You have experience using Zendesk or a similar help desk programme

Salary is dependent on experience with the following salary band: £28,000-£34,000 per annum.
