Engagement & Progressions Officer

**Job Overview**
Due to the growth of our funded programmes we have a fantastic opportunity for people with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives and to help them shape their future through upskilling. We are seeking an individual who will provide our learners with IAG, support them to achieve their educational goals and assist them to progress into employment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide information and guidance to learners to promote the benefits of training opportunities on offer and upskilling, with a view to enrolling individuals onto suitable programmes and for progression and general career prospects to ensure they achieve successful employment outcomes.
- Carry out learner engagement activities, liaising and establishing relationships with referral agencies such as the Job centre, stakeholders and building strong links in the community to recruit learners onto various training programmes
- Complete enrolment of learners to suitable learning programmes meeting all key contractual and compliance guidelines
- Support tracking learner attendance
- Responsible for the timely completion and administration of all funding paperwork in line with contract profile
- Work to agreed job outcome targets to meet the contractual requirements.
- Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including support staff, trainers, and assessors, to ensure that appropriate support is put in place for learners.
- Carry out risk assessments for the delivery locations

**Role Requirements**
Essential
- Own Car and full driving licence
- Ability to travel across the East & West Midlands
Desirable
- Experience within a learner support or recruitment background, preferably within the education sector
- Experience of working with Gov. funded contracts
- Hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
