- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Working as part of a small team within the Vaillant Service Technical Department, this key position will involve providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users.
You will also be providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
You will also be required to engage with our customers so we can better understand how we can support them through the purchase / installation processes.
A key part of the role is to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
You will need to understand customer requirements.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
- You will be able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn.
- Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to our customers at every opportunity.
- You will enjoy working in a target driven environment and work hard towards achieving your KPIs.
- Knowledge of our products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be given.
- You will have a flexible approach to working hours and excellent communication skills
