We do not advertise and all of our new clients are referred through existing clients by word of mouth.
**The Role**: We are a team of people for whom customer service is our top priority. The role is based in a busy office environment within a team of administrators. The role of the Administrator itself plays a key part in delivering high standards of service to our clients by providing professional administrative support to our clients and colleagues. This involves using our systems and processes to collect, process and maintain client information which includes liaising with banks, life/pension/investment providers, doctors and solicitors, to name a few.
**The Offer**: This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday with a 9.15 start time each day and carries a starting salary of £23,500.
