**Executive Assistant to Managing Directors - Office location Putney.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Manage the Director's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items to support effective meetings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Project Support**: Provide administrative support for various real estate projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination with other team members.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Ad Hoc Support**: Assist the Director with special projects, events, and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and calendar management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
