We want you to join our new, multi-disciplinary Asset Strategy, Planning, and Investment teams in Thames Water. Our teams have really varied roles which lead to the development of robust long-term strategies and plans for our assets and systems.

We work with teams across the business, as well as with our regulators, suppliers, and communities to best reflect the needs of all stakeholders in the future of Thames Water.

Our work is vital to our business to ensure we provide the best service to our customers whilst minimizing our impact on the environmental communities we serve. Asset management is a crucial function of the UK’s largest water and wastewater company, influencing key investment decisions across the business.

We are recruiting for a variety of asset management disciplines and levels into our industry-leading teams across the Thames Valley and London, including:

- Asset Investment Management roles
- Water and wastewater strategy managers
- Water Resource Management professionals
- Environmental specialists
- Water and wastewater system planning
- Leakage and demand analysts

**Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proven ability in the water, wastewater, or similar fields
- Some commercial and contractual awareness
- Great communication skills
