Package Description
**Resettlement & Reconnection Worker**

Glenwood Lodge Project is offering an exciting opportunity to take part in the new Off the Streets project to work with people who are currently rough sleeping to provide rapid intensive assessment and help reconnect and resettle people to a range of appropriate accommodation within Brighton & Hove or to home areas or where they have a proven link.

The post is fixed term until end of September 2024 and the salary range is £27,852 - £29,439 (Scale 6). The post is full time, Monday to Friday, with an expectation of some early morning and evening work, for which salary enhancements will be paid as appropriate.
