**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately enter data into databases and maintain records in an organized manner to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- **Calendar Management**: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff members, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing expense reports, tracking invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures, and ensure that files are properly organized and accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
