**Customer Service Advisor**

Birmingham B1

**Monday - Friday 2 x alternating shift patterns with no weekend work (08:30 - 17:00 & 09:00 - 17:30)**

Our Customer Service Team based in Birmingham is looking for enthusiastic, customer focused team members to join them. Servicing our customers, actively promoting an organisational culture that values, reinforces and strives to continuously improve the customer experience.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team, liaise with customers, identifying customer needs, building rapport and offering solutions. Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills and the ability to follow all queries through to resolution in a professional and courteous manner.

**What will I be doing?**
- Ensuring all customer commitments have been met or followed up with smooth contact between our internal departments
- Providing our customers with a first class, friendly and professional service, demonstrating excellent customer service skills through inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence
- Proactively resolving customer queries and complaints via first contact resolution
- Dealing with Ad hoc requests as required

**What are we looking for?**

**Essential**:

- A Broadband connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 6Mbps upload speeds
- One year’s experience in customer service.
- Computer literate
- An individual who can work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- Educated to a grade C or equivalent in GCSE in English

**Desirable**:

- A friendly, patient and a good listener
- A great communicator and team player
- Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who has attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, drive, motivation, and a passion for Customer Service
