We are recruiting for 10 Customer Service Advisors to join our client based near the Birmingham Airport, these positions are ongoing temporary assignments. Working on a hybrid basis, you will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Your benefits include 28 days of holiday including bank holidays, shopping discounts, free car parking, access to a 24/7 telephone doctor and training.

You will be joining a thriving housing organisation who have over 100,000 customers. Your hours of work will be 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

- Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone
- Inputting data onto the in-house system, ensuring all data inputter is 100% accurate

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

- Previous experience working in a customer service or administrative position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail
- We would also love to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following: Office Assistant, Administrator, Customer Complaints Specialist, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Champion, Customer Specialist, Complaint Handler, Retentions Advisor, After Sales Advisor, Sales Administrator, Office Manager, Customer Support Contact Centre Advisor, Call Centre Advisor or any other similar position

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will receive an hourly pay rate of £11.58 per hour with excellent benefits including hybrid working.
