**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily interaction with Freight Companies and warehouse customers.
- Order processing.
- Booking Transport.
- Photocopying and Filing.
- Communication with Internal Departments.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is attained..
- Provide and maintain efficient and effective administrative support to the business.
- Receiving, Issuing and dispatching stock.
- Provide daily reports/updates to customers.
- To carry out any other administrative task as advised by the administration supervisor and other senior management.

**Key Capabilities**
- Experience of working in a similar position.
- Comfortable working independently, with the ability to manage own priorities and workload.
- High level of attention to detail required.
- Good time management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills.
- Must be computer literate as system processing and reporting is required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills essential.
- Be a highly motivated, pro-active team player.

**Additional Informatio**

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There will be a need to work the occasional weekend shift from 0800 until 1200.
