**Your Role as Systems Administrator**:

- The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of NetSuite.
- The Systems Administrator must effectively collaborate with external development teams alongside internal departments to customise processes, resolve user issues, and deliver robust system training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration.
- Obtain an understanding of internal processes /systems and how they are interdependent.
- Co-ordinate system testing, conduct reports, implement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage system maintenance and perform required administration and system optimizations.
- The Systems Administrator must align the system processes with the organisational strategy to achieve company objectives.
- You will be expected to lead on-site training when required.

**Your Profile as Systems Administrator**:

- At least 1 year NetSuite platform experience (required)
- Warehouse management system: 1 years (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field; or significant equivalent experience
- Co-ordinating System Implementation (required)
- NetSuite Application Developer Certification (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
