Our client, a market-leading design and manufacturing company, are looking to add a dynamic Operations Administrator to their growing team. The role contributes to the company's success by providing administration support whilst ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Operations Administrator Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the company project tracker, confirming project dates, and sending updates as required.
- Collating information to support quotations and orders.
- Filing and organising documentation.
- Preparation and Production of weekly job packs, including RAMS, permits, site information, and delivery slots
- Supporting the team with back-office functions, including recruitment.

The Operations Administrator will be highly organised, possess good IT skills and have experience in an administration role, ideally within the design/construction/manufacturing industry. A flexible attitude and the ability to multi-task are key. You will also:

- Have a strong customer service ethic with a positive and proactive approach.
- Be an effective communicator at all levels
- Be able to use your own initiative
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.

This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
