Our client a leader in their field is looking to recruit a French Speaking International Sales/Customer Advisor to join their team.
The role is to proactively drive and build the sales by delivering an exceptional end to end customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain an excellent professional and proactive sales approach providing a first-class service.
- Liaising with shippers, preparing export documentation
- Working to team sales and performance targets
- Manage allocated marketplaces, building and maintaining professional working relationships with export agents and distributors.
- Deal with orders/enquiries and sample requests
- Place orders, reserves and sampling orders onto the system.
- Keep up to date with products, services, and promotions.
- Manage orders within the system - chasing, updating backorders, producing, and monitoring pro-forma’s.
- Initial complaint handling and managing returns.
- Liaise with external sales team daily dealing with their requests and enquiries and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Collaborate with all internal departments and managers to ensure efficient communication.

Key Skills:

- Fluent French and English, written & spoken.
- A proven track record working in Sales & Customer Service
- Strong commercial acumen
- Competent IT skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with attention to detail

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm,
Based in Poole this role is full time office based.
