Job Title: Key Account Manager - Media

Location: Work From Home

Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients for this company's digital publishing. You will work primarily on one of the company's five titles. The roles reports to with the CommercialDirector and is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensure the satisfaction of our most important customers with a wide range of marketing campaigns and solutions. This is a work-from-home/hybrid position with occasional visits to our central Londonoffice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop account plans and strategies with a strong focus high value, tailored marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prospective customers
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform account strategies and initiatives
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key players in the sector

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of media sales experience, with proven successes in B2B sales.
- A graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A strategic marketing / agency thinker with the ability to develop and implement creative account plans.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with strong listening and solutions skills.
- Highly ambitious and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with the digital technologies is desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to work from home and travel to the central London office when required (typically 1 or 2 days per month).
