**Who are MPAAS?**

MPAAS are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier.

This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation. In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers.

**Summary of the role**

This role plays an integral part of contributing to MPAAS’ safety and quality assurance standards by supporting meter installers out in the field. You will be given a certain area to cover where you will undertake work in progress and post complete (both in the field and desktop) audits on engineering operatives to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

**Your overarching key responsibilities**
- Complete site investigations where issues have presented themselves and complete associated reports.
- Update relevant business departments of issues identified and required rectifications.
- Assist with on-site re-training of operatives following stand down periods
- Work with operatives where issues (both technical and non-technical) have been identified to help understand performance issues whilst maintaining all safety requirements.
- Update company systems in line with completed works. Vehicle, equipment and behavioural checks to ensure all operatives are conforming to requirements.

**Where you will fit in the Company**

You will work closely with a team of Auditors and be part of the wider H&S and Compliance Team.

**What we are ideally looking for in you**
- Minimum of CMA1 and MET1. Ideally CCN1, MET1, MET 4, REGT1.
- Minimum of Single Phase metering, ideally three phase metering experience.
- 3 years + experience as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer.
- Any experience working in a similar Auditing/Coaching role would be ideal.
- Driving Licence with no more than 6 points

**Other personal attributes that we would like you to have**
- Self-Motivated
- Able to travel - This role will consist of a substantial amount of travel.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office packages including Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach engineers and provide feedback.
- Please note as part of your onboarding, you will be required to complete a DBS and Driving Licence Check. _

**Salary & Benefits Overview**
- **Salary**: £38,500
- **London Weighting**: You will be entitled to an added £4,000 London Weighting if you live inside the M25.
- **Bonus**: This is an uncapped bonus scheme and will be worked on a daily basis, details of this bonus will be shown to you throughout the recruitment process.
- **Holidays**: 23 days + 8 bank holidays Plus 1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
- **Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme**: You will be offered the option to either: - Buy additional holiday days - either individual days or if you purchase 1 week, then you will only have to pay for 4 days.
- **Vitality Private Medical Care**:After 3 months service, you will have the opportunity to opt-in to a Private Health Care Scheme with Vitality
- **Life Assurance Cover**:You will be enrolled into a Company Life Assurance, which will pay a lump sum of 2 x annual basic salary to your nominated beneficiary should the unfortunate happen, whilst you are an employee of the
