We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our team. Working as part of the management team reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to influence the growth of the organisation through leading and driving all aspects our marketing.

They will work tenaciously to create and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns, resolve problems, combine innovation with accuracy and will be driven by the end results.

Having demonstrable experience working in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of managing teams and developing and implementing marketing campaigns to bring in good quality leads.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, such as PPC, Social, SEO & UX is required which should have been gained within a previous role as well as experience with marketing automation and content management systems.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Work with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop a modern, fit-for-purpose marketing strategy on achieving growth through optimising all stages of the funnel.
- Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of analytics tools, evaluate the effectiveness and develop improvement strategies.
- Manage a digital marketing budget and demonstrate a return on investment.
- Recruit and manage a digital team based on organisational needs for additional resources.

This is role is ideal for someone located near to or within an easily commutable distance from Brighton, East Sussex. Hybrid working is available.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
