To help us do this, we are looking for an Estates Co-Ordinator who possesses great customer service and administration skills to join our Estates team.
Our Estates Co-Ordinators provide administrative support to the Estates function, ensuring that all Estates related documentation and correspondence are dealt with effectively according to agreed procedures.
Our helpdesk colleagues also support the wider Estates Team with administrative tasks such as the production of purchase orders and payment system activities, monitor and report maintenance expenditure and activity and approve payments within delegated financial limits.
South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust has an ambition to become a Net Zero operation by 2040. To help achieve this, this role will split their time between the helpdesk function detailed above and working closely with our Environment & Sustainability colleagues who work within the Estates department. This role will support them with administrative tasks to help deliver our Net Zero targets.
