A new opportunity has arisen within HB&O Financial Services for a Financial Services Administrator (Financial Services experience desirable but not essential). Previous administrative experience is required.

Key requirements for this role are strong communication and organisational skills, professional approach, strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively using own initiative and as part of a team. GCSE grade C or above in both English and Maths is required.
- Arranging meetings
- Preparing for client meetings including retrieving policy information from providers via phone or online
- Providing all the necessary requirements to the report writing team to enable them to create a suitability report
- Requesting quotes / comparisons
- Submitting new business
- Compiling invoices
- Maintaining our client database
- Managing own workflow to ensure tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner with deadlines met
- General office duties including filing, shredding, photocopying and binding
- Carry out any other duties and required by the Financial Services Office Manager or Directors.

Offering a salary in the range of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
