Sonomatic is seeking a dedicated and well-organised individual to join our team in Aberdeen. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of day-to-day and project operations onshore and offshore within one of our term contracts. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to tackle problems head-on.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Take charge of daily operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage all personnel/welfare issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the wider project team to oversee lookahead plans and contribute to the strategic planning of project timelines, facilitating offshore requirements for both personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments so personnel are utilised including planning & liaising with the Flying Squad members.
- Review asset Daily Progress Reports and action as necessary.
- Ensure that project resource forecasting aligns with project demands, liaising with assets and planners to ensure the provision of skilled technicians and NDT equipment.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, encompassing CTR Compilation, comprehensive project planning, equipment, and resource allocation, pre mob briefings, scope execution, cost management, project wash ups and compilation of invoice backup.
- Manage Costs associated with your location including timely CTR Submission, Timely Billing and Timesheet Control & accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertinent to operational endeavours.
- Support recruitment, interview, and onboarding process to fulfil personnel requirements.
- Provide timely, accurate and comprehensive monthly reports as required.
- Attend and provide input into weekly and monthly operational meetings.
- Support Contract KPI’S by contributing and compilation of information for applicable locations.
- Visit Site Locations to ensure regular and open communications with the wider team.
- Organise, Participate and in instances lead Audits, Safety Conversations, and group seminars.
- Weekly planning calls with planners, SIE’s and Area Inspectors

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project/Operations Coordination.
- Experience with Core Contract Coordination.
- Experience with Offshore Operations
- Basic knowledge of NDT.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good interpersonal skills for liaising with both colleagues and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences.
- Can deal with compassionate/welfare issues sensitively.
- Good interpersonal skills for liaising with both colleagues and clients.
- Able to problem solve and negotiate under pressure & through difficult situations in a calm & positive manner.
- Is willing to be flexible with working hours and WFH days when necessary.
- Participate in the on-call rota in being available out of hours and weekends every 3-4 weeks.
- Must possess self-belief, confident and the aptitude to learn rapidly.
- Ability to be Self-motivated but also work effectively within a Team environment.
- Embrace changes to processes and procedures.
