- ** Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
- ** Start Date**: Immediate starts available
- **Location**: Silloth, Wigton
- ** Pay Rate**: £12.00 per hour
- ** Hours of work**: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Be able to drive and have transport to get to site
**Benefits & Requirements**:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
