The service has an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated person, with a passion to make a difference, to work under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager.

This is a critical assurance and development role for assessing internal quality and compliance of all NFR CQC registered services, and supporting managers to drive improvements in these areas by ensuring that quality and compliance is a part of daily work and high quality services are consistently delivered.

You will be responsible for undertaking a programme of scheduled quality and compliance monitoring visits to all Norfolk First Response (NFR) CQC registered services. You will provide support and guidance to Registered Managers when improvements are required ensuring the necessary improvements for the delivery of high quality safe services are completed within agreed timescales.

With effective communication skills - both written and verbal, you will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the development of monitoring toolkits, policies/procedures and other quality assurance resources in digital and paper format. With the experience of data analysis you will need to be able to produce and maintain concise and factual electronic records and reports of contact with NFR services.
