This exciting six month secondment/fixed term opportunity seeks someone with a passion and drive for Quality Improvement, and the benefit it can support for services and our communities.

We are looking for someone with extensive skills, knowledge and experience in the approach of Quality Improvement, who can help support deliver the Trust’s strategy of improving capability and capacity for improvement.

Working with service users, staff and partner agencies, the post holder will be responsible for a small team in delivering:

- A training programme that supports people (service users, staff) to access tiered levels of learning about Quality Improvement
- Providing a structure (co production, coaching, communication) that supports improvement projects meeting their goals

**Specific responsibilities within the role include**:

- Delivering a tiered training programme that supports people (service users, staff) to access a range of levels of learning about Quality Improvement
- To provide a structure that supports improvement projects meet their goals through engagement with projects at their design phase; using the skills of the QI team to support co production, communication and data collection elements of a project; ensure all projects have access to coaching support
- Be responsible for the coordination of the Quality Improvement Forum
- Be responsible for the support and development of Quality Improvement coaches within the Trust
- Be an expert resource for teams and services when they have opportunities for improvement
- Represent the Trust internally and externally on matters related to Quality Improvement
