We’re looking for a highly motivated **Renewals Co-Ordinator** to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in **Birkenhead**. As a Renewals Co-Ordinator you will provide tenancy renewals administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of a Renewals Co-Ordinator**:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a **tenancy renewals **service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will seek client instructions and negotiate renewal terms and extensions of tenancies with landlords and tenants. Preparing new tenancy agreements, obtaining fees and chasing and executing documents and administering periodic tenancies.
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Co-Ordinator**:
- Outstanding **Customer Service and telephone** skills
- Solid **negotiation and administration** skills - ideally with some sales experience
- **Resilient**, **positive**, **numerate** and **detail oriented**
- **Organised** and able to **prioritise** workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
Our existing **Renewals Co-Ordinator **team comes from a diverse range of backgrounds including **Customer Support, Call Centre, Residential Lettings, Retail, Sales, Hospitality, Leisure and Care sectors**
