As a major visual communications group, we specialise in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials. Our aim is to innovate, progress and evolve our clients’ marketing campaigns to give stand-out in a crowded market.

Delta Creative is the group’s fast paced creative agency and artwork studio division, producing all manner of conceptually driven materials for clients across the retail, FMCG and film and entertainment spectrum. They are a team of highly talented, experienced and skilled individuals from a variety of agency backgrounds.

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker / Designer with digital knowledge to join our dedicated team located in Melksham, Wiltshire. The role will be to effectively design digital items as well as visualise and artwork a variety of printed items. This includes a heavy focus on Point-of-Sale items for brands and retailers
- You will be a creative thinker and able to multi
- task, have strong digital and motion design skills, design for print and expertly know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop. 3D knowledge would be an advantage. You will have a flexible approach to work, excel under pressure and deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, on brand and on time. You will have solid knowledge of web based assets enabling you to design ambitious and achievable POS innovations._
- Please note this is a fully office based role. 37.5 hours a week._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be an integrated and valued member of our creative studio team
- Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and deliver exceptional output at all times
- Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of our creative team to help create best in class POS
- Work closely with our account teams to ensure all jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner
- Be involved with creative production ensuring all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed timeframes

**Required Skills and Experience**
- _ 2+ year’s experience working in a Creative Studio_
- Advanced Mac software knowledge - Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
- An eye for detail with a strong understanding of design and typography
- Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes

**Skills and Experience that would be a definite advantage**
- Experience in working with Retail, POS & FMCG client work
- _ Experience of creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D_
- Experience of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier
