Position**:Key Account Manager**

**For the successful Key Account Manager, our client is offering**:
- £40,000 - £50,000 P/A Depending on experience
- Car Allowance £650 per month
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week.
- Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and 8 AM to 4.30 PM Friday.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 days a week in Head office Shropshire
- Immediate interviews/starts are available.
- Ongoing training and future development.
**The Role - Key Account Manager**:
- To manage/support the relationship between the business and our Authorised Service Centre ensuring control and compliance to policy and procedure is adhered to by both parties
**What our client is looking for in a Key Account Manager**:
- Ensure procedures/policies/processes are established and adhered to
- Manage DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) and ensure compliance through audits and regular ASC contact.
- Ensure correct portals/software is used by ASCs
- Manage/support/develop KPIs for ASCs
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the targets are achieved and exceeded
- Help standardise/align ways of working and develop new ones when required
- Establish and support training needs for ASCs and work with the training department to deliver programs
- Work closely with Service P&L holders supporting via forecasting, budgeting, capture rates and performance
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules/procedures and with regulations and codes of practice.
- Support the company’s efforts to reduce accidents/incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events, etc. as required.
**Background / Qualifications required for the Key Account Manager position**:
- Recognised Business Studies, Commercial or Technical Qualification
- Compliance background - preferred non-essential
- Proven ability to manage a busy workshop environment
- Ability to demonstrate cost control and P&L management
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A strong business mindset with financial skills
- Good technical skills
- Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organisation
- Results and achievement driven and eager to create long-term relationships
- High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
