Position: Account Manager

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday between 9.00-17.30

**Salary**: £29,000 PA + Additional Company Benefits

My client is currently seeking an Account Manager r to join their company based in Ellesmere Port. You will be required to build and preserve relationships with key partners. You will be an excellent communicator, be able to work with sales and marketingteams and build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
My client is currently seeking an Account /Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with key partners. You will be required to find ways to outperform your competition and maintain company's values. To succeed in this role, you shouldbe an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers. You will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind, and strong negotiating skills. Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with the company'sclients to boost brand and profits in the long term. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure partners are satisfied with services, you will be able to grasp our partners needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in project/relationshipmanagement and knowledge of our industry, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our relationships with our partners.

Skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service
- Experience tracking relevant SLAs (e.g., customer feedback, conversion)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 356)
- A customer-oriented attitude, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Attend trade events to reinforce relationships
- Reporting on KPI's including conversion rates
- Reporting on agent feedback from a reservation and a relationship point of view
- Support on live and pre-recorded partner webinars
- Confidence in presenting and creating presentations. Often to a wide audience
- Reporting to senior leadership team on partner updates
- Social media savvy
- Event management skills
