Finance Administrator

My Client is looking for an accounts administrator to support an expanding team at their head office in the Preston area. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Role Responsibilities:
Purchase ledger
- Raising purchase orders
- Verifying pricing to standard purchase price lists
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders and uploading to SharePoint
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices into SAGE
- Dealing with suppliers and internal queries

Sale ledger
- Assisting the team with Sales invoice calculations and preparation
- Daily Aged Debtors updating - posting cash received from customers

Expenses management
- Processing staff expenses claims
