Job Introduction
Our UK Healthcare segment have a fantastic opportunity for a **Admin Supervisor, Training and Compliance Coordinator** **to join our talented and hard working team based from **Doncaster Royal Infirmary, DN2 5LT.**

Supervise and coordinate the Admin team and Administrate and manage all Salus entries report into Duty Manager on a weekly basis.

Main Responsibilities
**What you will be doing**
- Work in partnership with the Sodexo management team, supervisors, staff and liaise with client staff to achieve and maintain the required mandatory and service standards
- To implement the Statutory and Mandatory Curriculum for Sodexo on site.
- To deliver Training sessions across the Sodexo business at the DBTH sites
- Complete competency checks through observation of training
- Aware of process and policy, able to enforce policy to address under performance or capability where necessary.

**What you will bring**
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate 1
- Previous experience in a catering environment
- Literate & Numerate and developed administrative and computer skills
- Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to achieve performance criteria with regard to hygiene
- Positive approach to learning in role
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to role
- Experience in scheduling, delivering training, ability to co-ordinate and deliver to agreed plans
