White Oak are currently recruiting for a full time Sales Support Administrator. To join our sales support team based in our Chester office.

**What will I be responsible for?**

Joining our team as a Sales Support Administrator, you will be fundamental in supporting all origination channels to help the business achieve its goals. Sales support role is integral as it carries a proposal from acceptance stage all the way through to payout. Other duties include:

- Production of all finance documentation for own book and external funder deals.
- Liaise with external funders to facilitate the pay-out process.
- Completion of Forensics sense checks and file checks of Supporting Information uploaded to File store.
- Reviewing and assessing submitted documentation to meet credit conditions.
- Satisfying information checks in line with WOUK AML policy.
- Ensuring that contracts and supporting information are adequately signed in line with legislation.
- Raising of Supplier Invoice Requests, checking in of supplier invoices and liaising with suppliers for outstanding invoices.

As our Sales Support Administrator, you will be offered a salary of between £20,000 - £24,000 per annum and a range of benefits.
