My client, a small family-owned production company based in Chester, is looking for a temporary administrator on an ongoing basis to provide office support.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the wider office with administrative tasks such as answering and logging calls, emails and queries from both consumers and clients. You will provide excellent customer service by assisting in the order process and lifecycle. The ability to work autonomously in a close-knit team and demonstrate excellent attention to detail is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Time keeping and capacity to work to deadlines
Previous experience in an administration-based role
What you'll get in return
